Sorting out your apartment association first
In Bengaluru the paperwork often takes longer than the packing. Almost every complex in Whitefield, Bellandur, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road or Hebbal has its own move-out routine, and it's worth starting about a week before the date.
- Email the association or facility manager with your date and ask about moving hours. Some don't allow moves after dark or on Sundays.
- Clear maintenance dues and collect the no-dues letter, because security often won't let the truck out without it.
- Book the service lift for a proper slot, not just an hour.
- Send us the gate-pass format. We'll fill in the truck number and crew names so nobody waits at the gate.
Villas and row houses off Sarjapur Road or in Whitefield can have tight internal roads, so our surveyor checks the turning space for the truck during the free pre-move survey.
Why do we start so early?
Traffic, mostly. A truck stuck at Silk Board, Tin Factory or the Marathahalli stretch of the Outer Ring Road can lose half a day, and heavy vehicles aren't allowed on many city roads at peak hours anyway. So the crew usually reaches by 8, loads within society hours and gets the truck moving before the evening rush.
Rain is the other reason. Bengaluru showers like to arrive in the late afternoon, sometimes out of a clear sky, and underpasses fill up fast. Mattresses, sofas and cartons are wrapped inside the flat, not at the truck. If it starts pouring while we load, we pause instead of stacking wet boxes.
Packing for a flat, an office or a car
Our crew is our own trained staff, never day labour. TVs, monitors and glass tabletops get 4-layer packing, and crockery and glassware go into our Perfect Box cartons, which soak up the knocks on a long highway run. Beds and sofas are covered in our Fabric Sheet so they don't pick up scratches in the service lift.
Tech offices and co-working floors in Koramangala, Indiranagar, Electronic City and Whitefield are usually moved over a weekend, with each desk's system and cables labelled together. Plenty of people leaving Karnataka send a car along too. Common moves out of Bengaluru
Chennai is the quickest intercity run, about 330 km and usually 1–2 days. Kochi (about 510 km) and Hyderabad (about 560 km) both take 2–3 days. Pune is about 840 km and Mumbai about 990 km, and each takes 3–5 days. Delhi is the long haul at about 2,030 km, so expect 6–9 days.

What decides the price of a house shift in Bengaluru?
Mainly the amount of stuff and the distance. After that it's the floor, how long the service lift takes, how far the truck parks from your tower, and extras such as car transport or storage. We don't guess over the phone. Our surveyor visits for free and you get a written quote listing what's included.
Do I need permission from my apartment association to move out?
In most Bengaluru complexes, yes. Expect to give a move-out intimation, clear dues for a no-dues letter, book the service lift and get a gate pass. Some associations also fix moving hours. Share their format with us and we'll send the truck number and crew details in advance, so security clears the team quickly.
How long does a move from Bengaluru to Hyderabad take?
Usually 2–3 days after loading. Hyderabad is about 560 km by road on NH44. The exact day depends on your load, rain on the highway and society timings at your new place. Your move manager confirms the delivery window before the truck leaves, and you can call them any time while it's on the road.
Can you ship my car from Bengaluru to another state?
Yes. Cars travel on a car carrier and bikes on our Bike Stand, with or without your household goods. Keep the RC, insurance and an ID copy handy. If you're taking a vehicle into or out of Karnataka for good, check the re-registration and road tax rules with the RTO before you book.
What's the best time of day to shift house in Bengaluru?
Early morning, almost always. Packing and loading can finish inside society hours, and the truck gets past the Outer Ring Road and Hosur Road before the evening jam. Weekdays are often easier for lift booking than weekends. If you can, finish unloading before late afternoon, which is when the rain usually turns up.
